I've lived in the Tampa Bay area for eight years and spent more than four of them selling real estate here — over $18 million in closed sales, working with first-time buyers making their first purchase, repeat clients who've come back a second and third time, and families relocating to Florida from out of state.

Before I got my license, I spent years on home remodeling projects. That background turned out to be the most useful thing I brought into this business. It's the reason I can walk through a house with you and say what's cosmetic, what's genuinely expensive, and what the place could become — instead of just reading you the listing sheet.

Most of what I actually do is education. Buying or selling a home is something people do a handful of times in their life, usually with more money than they've ever moved at once. So I try to demystify it: what the costs really are, what's negotiable, what the market is doing this month, and when the honest answer is “this one isn't worth it.”

These days I focus on the communities north and west of Tampa — Westchase, Citrus Park, Carrollwood, Lutz, Keystone, Odessa, Cheval, Trinity, and up into Land O' Lakes. That's why this site exists: I'd rather know a handful of neighborhoods deeply than claim to know everywhere.
